Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Subtle nose with pear, almond and a touch of reduction. Palate green apple, yellow peach, pear, almond, a slight straw note. Rich and concentrated. Some brioche and "The smell of the heat coming off the freshly cut grass" (to quote Naomi Elegant). An impressive Champagne!

Disgorged September 2022. No base vintage on bottle but the front label said "10,210 bottles and 150 magnums" if that helps identify...
