Friday, November 3, 2023 - A clear step up from the l‘Ouverture. This is showing nicely perfumed, with notes of sweet spices, vanilla, lemon curd, some mint and hazelnuts, too. It‘s medium-full bodied, with pretty high acidity and excellent mousse. Long finish. A very good Champagne with building up complexity.
