Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - Disgorged June 2022. 4g dosage and 80/20 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This is long. Not wide, just very long and focused. No opulent palate here. Just very nice linearity (rather than leanness) with Pinot Noir dominant notes of red apples but nothing prototypical (less obvious than Savart's L'ouverture) as there is an array of flavours of various intensity. Very saline finish.
