Wednesday, August 29, 2018 - Disgorged in June 2016. The color was very pinot noir, modest orange / light gold. On the nose, raspberry foam, sweet cherries, white flowers, on the palate, quite juicy with mixed of red berries and citrus. The wine presented good tannin, finish was quite long.

Brief intro:
L'Accomplie" is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from both Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds. The base vintage makes up 50% of the blend with the other half coming from the previous vintage. 15% of the wine ferments in steel, and 85% ferments in barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation is allowed. dosage is 5g/L.
