Saturday, May 25, 2019 - June 2017 disgorgement. Absolutely lovely wine. Esteel’s note gets it right in terms of the flavors. I’d sum up as having a nice frothy mousse, excellent balance, citrus, toast, and a touch of creme. On the food friendly side but enough richness to drink on its own. Much more enjoyable than last year’s disgorgement for me.
