Friday, March 27, 2020 - Wine in the time of Corona Virus - Quarantining in NYC & NH; 3/7/2020-9/1/2020 (NYC/NH): Kick off the Friday night Family Happy Hour with some bubbles! 80% Pinot Noir 20% Chardonnay - Disgorged Feb-2019. Lots of apple on the nose. This has a rich mouth feel with a lot of bread dough and red apple, nice bubbles, more generous in style than lean and racy.
