Saturday, August 14, 2021 - Made from 80 % Pinot noir and 20 % Chardonnay, dosage 5 g/l, degorgement in June 2016.
It is nicely golden coloured, bruised apples and yeast on the nose. Creamy, somewhat rich texture w. a good acidic bite which stays until the end. A bit red-fruited palate w. pears and biscuit. Very good.
