Sunday, May 21, 2023 - Lime wash with some underlying melon and slate. Nice purity. Vibrant, off-dry+, a lovely succulent tart pull on the finish. Showing a little tertiary development. Excellent match with medium spicy shrimp with roasted broccolini, asparagus, cilantro dish (an otherwise challenging pairing dish). Hold or Drink. 91+
