Friday, May 6, 2022 - Really nice bottle. Purity of fruit, balance, complexity, and a nice finish. The lift, finish, and silky tannin structure seem a bit off however compared to its 2017 vintage which I had a few months ago. Not quite sure what to make of this, but thinking the 2017 is just slightly superior in bottle. Will have to try both again. (w-Katie and Tim 5-6-22).

Give them 15 or 20 more years and you will be able to see how shiny their stars really are. My take: Both will be "awesome" :-)
