Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Sumptuous nose of smoky blackberry & hints of black cherry with a note of sweet baking spices and fresh earth. The nose is enjoyable in its own right.

Palate is rich and full bodies with rounding acidity that carries tobacco and tart cherry on the edges. Front of blackberry and dried leaves up front. Silky and slightly chewy tannins on the middle. Raspberry and leather on the middle and hints of truffle and plum skins on a pleasant finish.
