Saturday, June 1, 2019 - I agree with majority of the tasting notes below ... still it lacks a bit excitement, a bit too one dimensional.
Lovely hints of citrus, waxy, zest of lime, pineapple, some waxy apple peel as well. Very mineral as well and bone dry in finish !
Took some time in glass ( needed to serve slightly chilled ) to give me a bit more acidic notes ( drank at 8-10°C ).

A crowd pleaser for sure - apparently from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, its quite dense and creamy to me - could have sworn some Semilion in there.

I purchased a full case (6) at Château back in 2017, and I will surely enjoy the remaining five bottles over the coming years.
