Pale straw colour. An intense nose of candied lemon, ripe exotic fruit and some burgeon de cassis. In the mouth, medium bodied, creamy texture, but with a certain grippiness, dry; there is some tension there as well. The candied notes dominate in the mouth, like sherbet lemon. Very long. This is very gourmand, but with nice complexity. Really quite good -indeed, I think „crowd pleaser“ hits it on the head, because there’s not much, not to like. Beware though when pairing with food, because although this is not heavy, the flavour profile is quite big.

I agree with majority of the tasting notes below ... still it lacks a bit excitement, a bit too one dimensional. Lovely hints of citrus, waxy, zest of lime, pineapple, some waxy apple peel as well. Very mineral as well and bone dry in finish ! Took some time in glass ( needed to serve slightly chilled ) to give me a bit more acidic notes ( drank at 8-10°C ).
A crowd pleaser for sure - apparently from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, its quite dense and creamy to me - could have sworn some Semilion in there.
I purchased a full case (6) at Château back in 2017, and I will surely enjoy the remaining five bottles over the coming years.

What a wonderful wine. Nice flavor profile with a touch of pineapple coming in on the finish. Paired with baguette and Snofrisk dill cream cheese just cuz I'm a classy guy!

Fresh-squeezed lemon juice on the nose, with lemons and grapefruit on the palate. A little stony minerality, too. Nice waxy mouthfeel. Not necessarily something I'd choose for myself but quite pleasant and recommended if it's your style!

The Grand Tour - day five (Bordeaux): Medium minus intensity aromas of green sauvignon blanc, chalky minerality backing this. Tangy, creamy, quite rich with a gentle tannic burr on the mid palate but still retains some freshness. Hmm, a little anonymous.
