Wednesday, February 7, 2024 - On the nose: Cedar, a bit of tobacco, red and black fruit.

On the palate: Full but not overtly ripe black fruit, red fruit, cedar and tobacco. Big tannins but actually quite soft and well integrated. Pleasant long finish.

Was expecting to get my teeth knocked out, but it was surprisingly approachable for such a young Bordeaux. Also quite a bit of fruit not as austere as some Bordeaux can be in its youth. I've got to say really enjoyed this one.
