Friday, April 13, 2018 - Pink violet. The nose is modest, raspberry, current, a little wet dirt. The palate is flavored as a light red, cranberry, underripe red cherry, some stone, but distinctly and pleasantly tart and stony. The finish follows the palate with a little pucker, and minor heat on the back end. Definitely a style I enjoy, although I have liked it better with different grapes.
