Sunday, April 16, 2017 - Lovely complexity on the expressive nose, apple and elderflower, cinnamon and peach, good depth; the palate is dry but juicy, with subtle herbaceous bitters, lovely freshness and tension; good length. Remarkable quality for a mere Ortswein.
