Saturday, February 2, 2019 - Still growing strong. Next time this needs at least a 2 hour or more decant. Very tight and even a bit bitter at first, but opened up nicely after an hour in the decanter and then 10-15 minutes in glass. At belated bday dinner with J and C at Rionne XIII. Went really well with food!
