Monday, March 6, 2017 - A cooler year than 2013, but right now it feels a bit strudy and broad, while not lacking elegance. Mandarin and orange blossom with an earthier background and dashes of gunflint. Acidity more subdued than '13, but probably more versatile with food. Needs time.
