Sunday, October 30, 2011 - Needs time, though a friend thought it already over the hill. It was not too integrated when first opened but I think that went away with the air. Nice cherry and chocolate with a little herbaceous note. Nice viscosity and mouthfeel, medium bodied, just the right combination in my view. I think this will improve over time...we shall see.
