Friday, August 28, 2020 - Very strong bead, with very fine and strong bubbles. Quite pale in appearance. Very rich, as you would expect given Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier balance. Mandarin orange flavours on the palate, quite exceptional palate length. A very, very impressive NV champagne
