Monday, May 2, 2022 - Mostly Burgundies: My contribution. Lovely perfumed and floral nose of blueberries and rose petals, but the palate didn’t have the textural elegance that the nose promised. Quite earthy and not completely clean palate, some smoky bacon notes. This was before the issues surfaced at this producer so I have to admit that I was disappointed by this showing.
