Monday, August 14, 2023 - Sadly, there was some mushroomy tca that detracted from what would have been otherwise a spectacular bottle. It had orchard fruit flavours and some grilled nuts. There was a hint of caramel development and a powerful finish of chalk and citrus. There was a rigid spine of minerally acidity.
