Monday, August 14, 2023 - Had a case under cork and one under Stelvin since release. Had the Stelvin last night and it was fresher and younger tasting than the one closed with cork. Nose was muted but evolved after 30mins in decanter and kept improving. This was a long beautifully balanced wine, classic top class chianti which belied its ten years of age - will drink for 10+ yrs.
