Slightly darker than most Oregon PNs (Mid Red) Nose was open with red fruit, plums, loganberries and vanilla. The palate was perfectly balanced showing a young wine just entering its drinking window with complex tannins, ample acidity, lovely fruit and a long finish. No austerity just the pleasure you get from a beautifully crafted wine. Should drink for at least 8+ years or longer.

Worried it might be “over” but it was gorgeous. No sign of age - completely in its window. Integrated, long, smooth, complex and immensely enjoyable right from the getgo. Will go on for at least 5 more years. Had been stored from release in a temp controlled cellar.

This wine is now “a point” - normally this Cuvee starts drinking at about 10 years. Open inviting nose of different red fruits gives way to a beautifully balanced palate with a long finish - No sharp edges. Definite top 1er Cru quality (but it isn’t). Well worth the wait - has been stored in a temp controlled cellar since release.
