Tuesday, September 12, 2023 - Popped and poured. This is fantastic. Early maturity. Florals and tea on the nose. Elegant and balanced on the palate but still showing very good persistence. Red cherry, strawberry, herbs and spice. Transparent, medium bodied and adding complexity. This is in a perfect place right now and showing great promise.
