Tuesday, March 1, 2022 - Decanted 2 hr. Light ruby, long legs, on 👃 very earthy — peppercorn, graphite, leather, dry forest , dry leaves in the Fall, rose petals — with tart raspberries, cherries. Dry, nice milky structure, medium to strong frontal tannins, very acidic. Throat burning cherry finish. Beautiful to drink by itself now.
