Thursday, February 28, 2019 - 6 months prior: Coravin 1/2 bottle. Too young to truly enjoy.
Tonight: popped and poured remaining 1/2 of bottle. Coravin effect is obvious - drinking well now, but still young. Light nose of red/dark fruits. Flavors of red fruits, a bit tart, some spice, lots of acidity, and tannins that became more prominent with air. Medium body and clearly a riper vintage. This should drink beautifully in 5-10 years. 92-94.
