Moderate+ fragrant nose of honeysuckle and citrus on the first pour. Decanted and consumed over one hour. Moderate+ fresh flavors of honey and citrus. After 30 minutes in the decanter, this evolved into fresh lime and bright honey. Medium body. Moderate+ complexity. Very enjoyable now, but no rush with some mid term upside. 93+

Day 1: Popped and poured. The reduction was in a perfect place so I decided not to decant (I decant most things). Light-moderate aromas of reductive salty popcorn. Moderate flavors of smokey buttery popcorn with the lightest occasional hint of gasoline, finishing with lemon based citrus. Medium body/moderate complexity. Enjoyable now, likely upside over the mid term. Clean and stable. 92+. Day 5: 1/3 bottle was recorded and returned to the refrigerator. This has a bit more depth on day 5, still a bit reductive and still fresh.
