Monday, January 11, 2021 - Needs some time to open up. Well made Medoc from Ricardo Cotarella of untypical 70 % Merlot. Dark red with brown edges. Nose of leather, mushrooms and tobacco with fruit lacking a bit this time. Maybe bottle variation, maybe beginning to decline. On the palate secondary to tertiary aromas of some dark red fruits with forest floor and leather. Medium finish, Time to drink up i think.
