Sunday, June 30, 2013 - This wine was "forgotten" on a wine list in a Sylt Restaurant (last bottle). Obviously it was kept well, filling was high shoulder. The Sommelier tried hard to get the cork out, which broke into many pieces. But surprisingly the wine was in excellent shape! Deep coulor, no brwon notes on the margin yet. Nose of blackberries, leather, mouthfilling and still a Little tannic (I like it), opened up during the evening, well balanced, and a very long finish. This wine still has another ten years, great stuff!
