Sunday, May 4, 2008 - Wow. Super wine. Still a vibrant purple colour. Classic Left Bank Bordeaux nose of blackcurrant and cedarwood, but with some Southern French warmth and garden herbs (thyme, oregamo, margoram). Open for business on the palate. Mouth coating with lots of sweet fruit but yet classically structured. The tannins remain quite fearsome, but this is a magnificent wine.
