Wednesday, October 25, 2023 - Beautiful red colour, surprisingly light for a Languedoc wine. Beautiful, clean and fruit-driven nose typically reminding one of ripe Cabernet Sauvignon. Classical profile and very pleasant. The palate is good but a slight sweetness is discernible and the mid-palate appears a bit thinner than what could be expected. Very easy to drink nonetheless and the structure of the wine is finely wound together. Very good and can probably a wait a couple of years but not sure this will evolve significantly.
