Friday, March 15, 2019 - Medium ruby wine. On the nose it has medium intensity and is still developing. Aromas are blackberries, blackcurrant, baked fruits, black pepper, vanilla, liquorice, wet leaves.
Wine is dry with high acidity and high tannins. High alcohol, full bodied.
High intensity and flavours of black cherry, sweet liquorice and charred wood. Long finish, wine is very good. Can drink now but still with potential for ageing a couple of years.
Benfits from decanting two hours before drinking.
