Friday, February 8, 2019 - With our traditional homemade pizza (hot Italian sausage version).
Ruby, not quite opaque, still good color to the rim.
This bottle stayed remarkably consistent with the 6/9/17 bottle, perhaps a touch of sediment on the side of the bottle. An excellent wine.
