Thursday, November 9, 2023 - 1st of these, this one's from half bottle. Medium (+) ruby to garnet. Smells surprisingly youthful with almost confectionary fruit and concord grape, lemon, orange, black tea, and graphite. The former is softening a bit with air. Medium body with a silky, luscious texture, medium acid and finish, with flavors of black cherry, lemon, spice, and minerals. Worked well with bourbon chicken tonight.
