Saturday, November 10, 2012 - Saturday Tasting Group (Knightsbridge Wine Shop (Northbrook, IL)): Similar notes as last taste. So so stinky on the nose. Massive earthy, shroomy funk. Barnyard fruit.
Touches of age and campfire. Raisin fruit a bit but this just screamed Grenache.
Some underlying baking spice and a little fatigued on the finish. Very nice and right up my alley.
