Monday, April 1, 2024 - Slow ox two hours. Nose of black cherry, smoked meats and earth. The wine is medium bodied, fully mature, with flavors of black currant, leather, olives and spice. This has reached its mature peak and is drinking well but probably will start to decline soon.
