Tuesday, May 23, 2017 - Oh my! Clear yellow gold in the glass. Big bosomy nose of yellow flowers with petrol and elastic. Medium full body. Palate of roasted grain, yellow flowers, dried quince, and layers of background flavors. Medium plus acidity. All sorts of good stuff here, and still some time left. Pasta Primavera and roasted chicken, anyone?
