Saturday, March 3, 2018 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Black and red cherry with liqueur hints and extensive savory spice. Deep concentration and texturally masterful. Certainly tannic, but yet almost elegant. Not the easiest wine of the day, but certainly one of the best, 95-96 point potential.
