Friday, December 25, 2020 - A generous gift from a friend. Decanted ~1 hour, consumed over ~2 hours with a rib roast dinner. Black cherry and dark berry fruit dominating, with hints of dried herbs and well-integrated oak. Not a ton of complexity at this stage, but well-balanced overall (although I'd personally prefer a bit less ripeness to the fruit and a bit more grip). All in all, a quality, well-crafted cab, and one we were happy to enjoy.
