Saturday, November 5, 2016 - pale golden colour; fat, rare,fast bubbles. great. nose: bone dry, mineral with rocky scents plus some bread notes and lemon. taste: dry but with nicely rounded finish; lemon, apples on the palate plus some silicon. Well done.
