Thursday, November 17, 2022 - Pale gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. Kumquat and lemon, citrus peel, steely minerality, very bright, fuzzy, with lots of dry extract. I enjoy this style and found the contrast between this and the Rivers Thieriot quite stark although the Brewer did take on some weight over time. It really depends on what you're in the mood for or the food pairing.
