Monday, December 31, 2018 - Light in colour. Roses, red fruits, truffles, earthy, beautiful nose. On the palate, licorice, red fruits, some minerals. The acidity is very balanced, in poise with the tannins and the sweet fruit. The fruit is outstanding in this wine. Good finish. Not the longest, but very decent for this wine. I don't want this to end as it is still evolving. Surprisingly paired well with a med rare steak. Happy New Year everyone.
