Saturday, February 8, 2020 - Amazing nose of red berries; strawberry, blackcurrant and raspberry, blackcurrant flowers and some apple.
Palate is a perfect mix of strawberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant, apple and oak.
It truly is like a red Bourgogne with bubbles - amazing experience!
