Friday, September 29, 2023 - Aline Wines’ Grower Champagne Tasting (WineHouse, Los Angeles): This is almost a Blanc de Noir with the blend of 40% PN, 40% PM, and only 20% Chardonnay. It really shows and I would think it was a rosé by the nose. Slightly coller colour, too. Strawberry, raspberry, whipped cream. Lighter body than I expected. Red apple peels.
