Saturday, November 16, 2013 - The Non Vintage bottle I tasted was based on the 2009 vintage and is made of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with a dosage of 8 grams and disgorged in 2013. It has a clean bouquet with some apples. On the palate tart apples as well, just a touch of minerals and some sweetness. Ok basic bubble.
