Monday, October 11, 2021 - to be honest from the beginning the wine had still a little bit dusty tannins and alcohol wasn´t perfectly integrated but this Le Cupole delivered a lot of emotions.
intense nose of ripe red pulp fruits and blackberry. mouth is delighted with a melting mix of plum, blackberries, pepper, mild chilli a bit of dark chocolate and a soft lemon peel. very balanced with a long finish with lime and blackberries notes. it starts to be in the drinking window but it could be even better in the next 2 years.
