Friday, October 20, 2017 - Pale, straw color, with excellent clarity. Fresh, lemon, citrus aromas w/chalky mineral quality. Lemons, chalk, grapefruit, & green apples in the mouth. Very crisp, but not too acidic. Refreshing, if a bit austere. Lingering lemon flavor at the end.
