Saturday, February 24, 2018 - Decanted in glass for about 30 minutes. Blackberry and plumb on the nose, a bit of spice as well. Flavors of dark fruit, graphite, and a hint of chocolate/coffee on the back end. Did not have with any food. Would be perfect with a nice grilled ribeye! I think this has another 5 years left and looking forward to enjoying again. 8 bottles to go.
