Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Popped and poured. This is remarkably structured for a new world pinot and even sported some unresolved tannin. It would have benefitted from a decant or a few more years in the bottle. Nonetheless, this drinks well. Medium to full bodied. Black raspberry, herbs, smoke and spice. A lot of structure and depth. The score could improve over time.
