Tuesday, March 26, 2019 - Crispy, clean biscuit with rounded depth and minerality. Lemon zest on the nose and on the finish, fine but vivacious bubbles, white flowers and hint of white peach on the palette. Beautiful, clean, round, ripe fruit with a nice uncompromising balance.
